  February 15, 2018 - A very odd bottle. The sixth of twelve; the others have been excellent, if slightly overoaked. This bottle is petillant on opening, and remains so after several hours. Lovely pale colour, perfect level, screwtop closure in immaculate condition. However, it has almost no nose, lacks depth of flavour, and the oak is more prominent than in other bottles. And the fizz on the tongue is not agreeable. Not corked, not oxidised, but distinctly not right either.
