  February 18, 2018 - Amazing Champagne-delicate and refined vintage champagne with nose of honey, lemon, roasted hazel nuts. Palate follows nose characteristics with delicate bubbles of long finish of quince, lemon loaf broche bread biscuit. Goes well with avocado oil fried potato chips. Mineral elements match with overall balance of wine.
