  February 19, 2018 - This is quite delicious, showing the green pepper side of Cab Franc, with the black-fruited cassis, and some tobacco leaf and earthy flavors.
  Tannins are still quite present, with med acidity and a long and satisfying finish. Drink now through 2022.

  3/22/18, 10:44 AM - this is the Cab Sauv, but there is a dollop of Merlot and Cab Franc mixed in with this wine...I was just noting part of the flavor profile leaned towards Cab Franc.
