  February 20, 2018 - Fruity and rustic on the nose. The palate confirms this and specifies the fruit as amarena cherry. Is the designation a hint for this? Red berry fruit present constantly. The rustic, foresty undertone stresses the identity as being southern Italian. A wonderful concentration is paired with a good balance of sweet, fruit, acid and tannins slightly leaning towards the sweet. The length is good as well. Excellent value for money. I think I'll get some more of these.
