February 21, 2018 - I don’t know here. Definitely needs more time as I was met with a wall of tannins that overwhelmed the wine. Good nose and dark red in the glass and feels like to has the stuffing to be a solid wine and meet the ratings but the tannin structure requires time. Open next bottle in 2years.

2/21/18, 10:27 AM - Recommend 10years, good Aglianico has a bordeaux-like aging curve. I had an 05 recently that was just getting there.
