February 24, 2018 - Audouzed 1hr, with lasagne. The very definition of a Nebbiolo nose - wow. Smokey, spicey, perfumed, absolutely beautiful. Sweet on the palate initially, good cut and a long dry, tannic finish, just as you would expect. Flavours are a slightly muted version of the nose, but still fresh & delicious. Bottle finished far too quickly. One of my first 2004 Barolo's & super impressed.
