  February 22, 2018 - Rich, mouth coating mix of tannins (the oak was present) and good acidity. Think big, powerful, muscular wine with good acidity. The blind tasting group struggled to place it as Nebbiolo, Syrah, or a Pinot from Burgundy. Many thought it was New World although the taster of the night was certain it was Nebbiolo off the bat thanks to the combination of rose hips, hard tannins and loads of acidity.
