March 7, 2018 - Big and ripe Pinot, showing no elements of Burgundian style. Surprised to see such high scores. Notes of oak, stewed fruit, cola and syrupy prunes. Very extracted and ripe with no acid showing. Perhaps a cooked bottle.

As most people don't know the difference between overworked and too extracted wines.
