March 11, 2018 - Hmm...these are disappearing FAST. I was too slow to celebrate the 80 degree March day in Texas, so by the time I got around to popping this one it was already back to 60 (the next day). As others have mentioned, this Rose is crazy good. I love that this one seems to have a limestone salinity to it, and along with a strawberry that is quite apparent from the get-go, this one tricks the brain to go all over the place (herbs, spice, acidity). At this rate, this six pack won't make it to April.
