  January 12, 2018 - Initially delicious, already showing tremendous complexity, if riper and richer than I'm used to from Burlotto. But no complaints whatsoever. Alas, with air this closed up completely.
  Still closed on day 2.
  Finally on day 3 this has softened and shows some of the characteristic Monvigliero savory black olive. Will hold remaining bottles several years before popping another.
