  March 15, 2018 - Day one was all about the nose & the palate didn't quite live up to the promise.
  Day three had fleshed out amazingly well.
  Earth, meat, spice - cinnamon & cloves, cranberry.
  Perfect balance, long, complex, savoury.
  Amazing wine, big thumbs up.
