March 19, 2018 - Bordeaux 2015 in bottle (Zurich Arvi / Singapore UGCB): A zesty, fresh and spiced SauvBlanc here similar to New Zealand style, Semillon grape takes a back seat here I guess. Some bee wax, honey in the nose as well. Probably as good as any SauvBlanc I had. With sea food.
