    March 16, 2018 - 50% Grenache 50% Syrah from 50-90 yr old vines in organically farmed Croix du Bois vineyard.
    Manual harvest, 60-100% de-stemmed. Natural yeast fermentation for 20-30 days.
    Aged 30% each in cement, stainless, wood vats, rest in demi-muds.
    14.5% Abv.
    Owners: Guillaume Gonnet (3rd generation) and his Australian wife Kelly.

    A(ccuracy)=2: Med Light cherry/ruby. Fragrant, spicy Rhone blend.
    B(alance)=3: Vibrant components in harmony.
    C(omplexity)=2: Red and dark berries, spices, mineral.
    D(epth)=1: Round, supple mouthfeel. Average length and finish.

    winery's tech sheet: http://www.guillaumegonnet.com/bel-ami-rouge.php which apparently is generic and not vintage specific.
