  March 22, 2018 - pale yellow; nose fairly closed white peach and light citrus flower notes; very taut crisp body, more peach and a little pineapple flavors, earlier there was a distinct earthy note which faded with time; flavor is bigger than the palate suggests but a nice long complex finish
