  March 27, 2018 - This is a beautiful Cab Franc, especially for a domestic example. The wine is so bright and refreshing, weighing in at 13% abv, and showing notes of raspberry and plum fruits, some peppermint, orange zest, and lots of earthy notes. The tannins are on the lighter side, with energetic acidity and a zesty and peppery finish. The only issue is the $37 USD price tag...comparable Loire reds can be had for 50%-75% of that amount.
  Drink now through 2021.
