  March 28, 2018 - 2015 Chateauneuf du Papes (Lou's): Very nice showing. Silvery/green/gold in color. The nose is very clean with a chalky note alongside some pears. On the palate, this has a lovely oily texture. More chalky and minerals than fruit but a bit of pear. Slight heat and slightly dry on the finish but otherwise long and nice. Seems to be drinking quite well right now. Going back to it after some air, it had improved.
