• Bordeaux 2013 wrote: flawed

  April 9, 2018 - This was very disappointing given the excellent reviews from others. The wine didn‘t offer much flavours and in adition the acidity seemed too low to balance the heavy sweetness. Hope it was only this bottle (375ml) and that the others will be better. Anyone else who has experienced the same?

  4/9/18, 9:51 PM - In 2012 I adored this wine, but the last time I opened I was a tad disappointed as well. However, the 2010 I had last year was amazing. Not sure if they shut down for awhile, or just fade away a bit? Your question is spot on.

  4/10/18, 11:46 AM - Given the many great ratings from others, I assume (better: hope) this was just an off bottle. Just along the saying ‚there is no good wine, there‘s just good bottles‘ :-)

  3/8/20, 2:55 PM - Mistery resolved. I had another bottle today, which was great. This was clearly an off bottle.
