  April 15, 2018 - First 2 hours, very light, thin and not much fruit but a beautiful crimson color. Tannic. But knew it would open up and it did. Gained weight. Muddled roses, barely ripe strawberries, leather. Earthy. Now cherries are coming in and then....it passed! Strong cherries for about 5 minutes and passed. Wow. Now back to leather. Softer and getting rounded. A bit of sourness. Bouquet of rose water. Minerality. very nice.
