April 15, 2018 - Superb. Served with beef tenderloin, after the Albatreti 2011 Brunello di Montalcino. Delicate cherry and cassis, followed by plums, blackberry, and mellow tannins. Easily approachable, but I’m curious as to will happen in 10 years.
