  April 16, 2018 - Galician Beef "Threesome" (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London): Impressive. Not oxidised at all and probably one of the few well aged white Hermitages that impressed us. Ever. This includes other Chave..
  Actually it is better on the room temperature side than cold.
  Floral, light honey touches, nutty on the finish and has a creamy, soft almost and round mouthfeel. This wine has definitely rekindled our interest in mature Rhone whites as so far we always said, better younger and fresh, the whole old Rhone white closing and reopening is a sales gimmick from producers to sell old stock. Not fully converted but still intrigues again. 94 for this beauty .
