  April 22, 2018 - This is quite a beast but it took more than two hrs of aeration to open up the wine. Nose and palate are intense with black currant, spice, pepper and oak. Palate is extracted with lots of power but it still retains the regal finesse. I am not a big fan of this style but I appreciate the craftmanship of this beauty. It is still too young to crack a bottle now. It needs at least 5 more years in my humble opinion. The potential is 95-96 when it is fully mature.
