5/2/18, 6:43 AM - Thanks for the note. Did you decant? Do you feel it's ready to drink? I ask because Helen normally makes wines for aging, but I've had several vintages of Mars while still young and they have all been excellent.

5/2/18, 7:35 AM - Decanted for 1 hour. I found both of Keplinger Granache based 2015's were already in the early part of the drink window and drinking wonderfully (Mars and Basilisk). Basilisk was a "knock your socks off" wine. I have a friend who had a 2015 Hangman's Syrah and said it was one of the best wines he has ever had. I am letting my Hangman's and Fuego y Mar's Syrah's sleep a little longer.
