  May 1, 2018 - Decanted 1hr. With beefsteak & sweet potato. 9 years since the previous bottle & this has really come on beautifully. Big & bold in true Aussie style, but no overt oak to spoil the party and a really lovely acidic spine to keep everything fresh & moorish. I thought I was over Australian Shiraz but this was delicious.
