  May 5, 2018 - Aroma: black cherries, leather, tobacco, moist earth, faint hint of wood.
  Medium-bodied+ with good acidity and fine grained and mature tannins. Balanced and concentrated. Still good structure.

  Perfectly matured CCR. Still some primary fruit left, nicely balanced with more mature notes. After two hours it’s perfect, and the bottle is of course empty. Since my previous bottle was tired and a bit off, I didn’t decant. This bottle was perfect, and should have been decanted.
