  May 10, 2018 - 4th of 12. Garnet. Undergrowth, autumn leaves, tar, herbs and plum fruit. Noticeable acidity and still some soft tannins on the dry finish. Mature but still potential for more interesting development. Matched perfectly with shepherds pie flavoured with truffles 4/5
