  May 12, 2018 - Worth waiting 12 1/2 years to drink, wine magazines and other sites have this a tad lower rating, but our bottle was exceptional: Still had tannins, still had a long finish, the Cab with varietally-correct notes was predominant and this was a wine well beyond medium-bodied.
  Threw just a little bit of sediment.
  Here is how you handle a bottle of this age, based on our experience:
  1) Let breathe 30-60 minutes prior to consumption-no more!
  2) Do NOT decant in a decanter - instead, pour it into a large format Bordeaux-typre glass 15 minutes before dinner and that will be all the air it needs!
  3) Enjoy- DRINK NOW, this is at its peak.
