  May 11, 2018 - Last wine of the night and quite a change up from the Rayas Pialade. This is all about gamey, meaty, smokey, briny goodness. Quite savage actually - not for the faint of heart. Dark black fruit pops in the mouth and than it is just savory like a beef consommé. First time getting to try the Valine and count me as a fan for this price point.
