  May 25, 2018 - (from magnum). In the early stages of a great drinking window, but with a lot of room to develop further. Aromatically complex, good length and depth, very classic, restrained St Julien. Boy, do I prefer this to hot-vintage bordeaux!

  5/27/18, 7:50 AM - 89 was the hottest year of that decade! Perhaps not like 2009 but somehow they managed to tame the heat and alcohol a bit better than in say 2003 and 2009.
