  May 28, 2018 - Exquisitely and reservedly complementary. Like a swoosh or vacuum with tri tip and chimmichurri, this cleansed and balanced everything. Dense, plush, gently fruit forward, and mildly tart, with no hard edges. Understated for the vintage but purring like a race car.

I probably am committing a big BDX sin by not holding these until their very end and drinking them then, but when they get into a place like this is now, it's hard to wait any longer, IMHO.....cheers!
