  6/2/18, 3:00 AM - I suspect that it was not a great bottle. A bottle that I had in the last year was beautiful. I will, however, take your concern & drink my last one soon.

  6/2/18, 6:31 AM - I think you sadly had an affected bottle as my experience of this wine is that it is exceptionally young and one of the top left bank wines of 1989. Try again soon!

  6/2/18, 7:03 AM - I hope you both are right. I’ve had this about 15 times and always snatch it up if available. Maybe this set of 4 was not cellared well. Will keep you posted.
