  June 5, 2018 - Well stored bottles will keep for years, but this wine is not going to get any better than this. Classic Australian Cabernet Sauvignon - still a deep purple colour, albeit with bricking around the rims, explosive nose of blackcurrants and silky smooth in the mouth, all of the elements now completely integrated. Cork fell apart on extraction and this requires decanting as there was significant sediment.
