Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about two hours.
Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Lovely nose of potpourri, violets, currants, plums and sandalwood. Juicy flavors of plums, black berries, boysenberries and a hint of cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold. I'd lean towards drinking. In a really good spot right now and easily the best 2000 I've opened so far from Quilceda Creek.2 people found this helpful 2,297 views
