  May 27, 2018 - Tasted at dinner at Bordeaux, wine was presented by winery, drank with asparagus appetizer, rep told me that dessert wines are out in France so they are trying to create a new purpose for a dessert wine as a accompaniment for a appetizer. Wine was balanced with good acid to keep it interesting, will drink again if I can find it in the US.
