June 23, 2018 - Originating from a single vineyard surrounded by a mountain range that has a small vent from the coastline, this single vineyard production is very peculiar and quite distinct compared to the flagships Evenstad Reserve. Whilst the New World touch is apparent, this aptly balances off with a Burgundian character with saline, spicy, mineral notes. Amazing wine! Drink from 2019 to 2034.
