  June 28, 2018 - Pale lemon green in appearance. Med (+) intensity on the nose. Honeysuckle, green apples, honey, hints of apricots, beeswax, flint, wet stones. Wine is developing. Dry with medium (+) acidity. Body is med. Alcohol med. Flavour is med (+) and palate has lemon, honey, ginger, savoury and finishes med (+). Quality is very good, silky, well-balanced and good complexity.
