  June 29, 2018 - Pale ruby color, beautiful nose of rose petals and spice. In the mouth it attacks with a effervescent bright red fruit. The mouthfeel makes me wonder if we are having some secondary fermentation, but the color is good, the clarity is good and there is no funk. Finishes with the hint of fruit that outlives the acid, almost tricking you into thinking it's sweet. Later as the bottle got more air, the frizzante faded and the wine became really wonderful. Highly recommend this interesting and tasty wine.
