  July 3, 2018 - If we could magically knock off 2% alcohol from this drink it could be a perfect wine. It is extracted, but not a fruit bomb glob, AFWEs May disagree but I truly think this reminds me of Chateau Latour with a hint of chocolate covered cherry. The major flaw with this wine is the oppressive alcohol. It dominates the finish, which counts for a lot for me. Lingering Cabernet artistry is much more enjoyable than a slow burn of vodka.
  I am going to let the rest of this bottle breathe overnight and see if the alcohol can blow off.
