  July 22, 2018 - Tasted in Paris. Nose of sweet ripe red fruit and some earth. On the palette: very easy to drink as the tannins are soft with ripe sweet fruit. As the days moved in there was a slight barnyard, earthy quality to the wine. In a very good way. Not offensive but adding more complexity. Would pair nicely with anything gamey. Personally made for the French rustic cuisine.
