  August 12, 2018 - What a beautiful wine, from first pop of the cork. Instant recognition of terroir (yes, I saw the label), Pauillac. I repeat myself, but...briar patch, cherry, cassis, menthol, pencil, tobacco, and a slicing finish of PENCIL. Wow, for a young Lalande this puppy is stacked. The palate is sensational, fruit galore and serious complexity already. Order up, friends, for future outlook you may either drink or hold. Either way, YOU win! 98 Pts
