August 12, 2018 - Sandy minerality and sous bois on the nose. Rich and rustic palate with lots of dark fruit and a surprising amount of spice. Almost reminiscent of Les Boudots. Acidity was a touch elevated the first night, but balance returned by the second night. Quite enjoyable and with life ahead of it.
