July 24, 2018 - Tuesday Night Double Blind $40+ (Bin 75): Light see through ruby; smoky, some reduction, pretty floral notes, meaty plum, well measured fine oak, floral rose, very young, maybe some whole cluster green note to boot; clove and cinnamon, late juicy cranberry sweet and bitterness, high toned, lots of drive and energy; really tasty but wait on this one; agree that this is maybe not the deepest of Gevreys as I went Chassagne Rouge but the wiry acid structure should hopefully become something quite elegant with the right amount of age.

8/21/18, 10:17 AM - I agree with waiting to open for a while. I also found that wiry acidity in some of Frederic Esmonin 2015s. While it is quite tasty now, it could be so much better with time.
