  August 20, 2018 - Hawksmoor wine club (Hawksmoor London Bridge): Not your typical sparkling wine. Crown seal rather than cork. Completely opaque, deep purple in colour with almost frothy bubbles (not sure if this was from travel shock). Served cool from the fridge.
  
  On the nose, it's all black fruits (blackberries and cherries). Full bodied with medium plus length.
  
  Final wine of the evening and not only was it not outshone, it paired remarkably well with cheese. One to look out for!
