  August 21, 2018 - For context, Louis Boillot formerly worked with his brother at Domaine Luciene Boillot and is married to Ghislaine Barthod. This wine is rather impressive. Open for four nights, with no degradation or oxidation (!). The palate is firm, tightly coiled and deep, but revealing dark cherries and notes of cranberry and mulberry. I look forward to tasting my remaining bottles in four or five years when the wine should relax a bit. Hold.
