  August 24, 2018 - Nose of “sous-bois”. Mouth display an intense red fruit marmellate paired with a good acidity that keeps it in balance. Decanted 3+ hours and it was well integrated, though still clearly too young. The finish is relatively short. It’s a well made wine, but simply not in the style I like. Would pair well with strong cheese.
