  September 12, 2018 - Delightful. Drank with a friend on a casual week night. Fully mature with no real sediment, this displayed a nose of deep red fruits, cassis and a bit of spice. Full bodied and very delicious with 5-10 years of excellent drinking ahead.
  
  If a date, this was a 30 year old former runway model who dabbles In existential philosophy as a hobby, so very worthwhile.
