September 15, 2018 - Very interesting with suckling pig with smoked and fried eggplant, especially because next to it we had a glass of the much leaner Moric 2012 Reserve Blaufrankisch. The sleek but cozy Barolo with its plush, sweet tannins wrapped the pig like a blanket while the Blaufrankisch brought it out in the open like a spotlight.
