  September 22, 2018 - Very different than the NV9 we tried last night. This one opened with sweet tannins, light red fruit and milk chocolate on the nose. A bit of gaminess showed up after a few hours and that tells me it may evolve the same as the NV9. Good structure surrounds a core of cherry and plum with perhaps a touch of cranberry. Some menthol on the long finish. It will be interesting to follow this over the next several years.
