  September 29, 2018 - A nice cross between a Sauternes and a Riesling.
  Strongly honeyed, with citrus and flower notes replacing Sauternes' dried fruit.
  Very sweet on the palate, more sweet than acid, reversing itself on the finish with the acid taking over. The finish is long and very pleasant.
