  September 30, 2018 - Slight browning to edge. Lovely depth of nose, plum, luxurious, sweet flowers, and maybe a little black cherry. Mouthfeel is just right, good weight, tannins are healthy and provide a good bit of structure, plus a touch of acidity keeps it tight. Dark fruits, earthy, pencil lead, dry (but in a good way), strong finish. Drinking well, but will certainly go on and mellow with age. In a good place for my palate, but I will be keen to monitor progress over the next few years. Sure this could do another 10 at least.
