  September 28, 2018 - This was the fifth wine as part of the Champagne flight for the Charleston off-line.
  Served with low country shrimp boil with white shrimp, artisanal sausage and corn on the cob - wonderful pairing with some great aged champagnes.
  
  This had slightly sweeter, warmer fruits than some of the early bottles of aged champagne. Flavors of golden apple, almond, and lemon curd. Not as complex as some of the other champagnes - another nice effort.
